Yoghurt cake

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 natural yoghurt
- ½ pot sunflower oil
- 1 ½  pots caster sugar
- 3 pots plain flour
- 2 eggs
- orange or lemon zest

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven at 180C (Gas mark 4)
2. In a large bowl, add 1.5 teaspoon of baking powder, add  1 natural yoghurt and keep the empty pot to measure the next ingredients, mix well
3. Add the following ingredients one by one, mixing well after adding each one:  ½ pot of sunflower oil, 1.5 pots of caster sugar, 3 pots of plain flour, 2 eggs, a little orange or lemon zest
4. Once you obtain a smooth paste, place into a cake mould (see my recommendation below)
5. Place in preheated oven and cook at 180C (Gas mark 4) for 35 minutes
6. Check the cake is cooked by inserting a clean knife in it – if it comes out clean, the cake is ready!
