Chocolate yoghurt cake

Ingredients:
- 10g baking powder
- 1 natural yoghurt
- ½ pot sunflower oil
- 1 ½  pots caster sugar
- 2 pots plain flour
- 3 eggs
- 200g dessert dark chocolate



Preparation:
1. Preheat oven at 180C (Gas mark 4)
2. In a large bowl, add the baking powder, add 1 natural yoghurt and keep the empty pot to measure the next ingredients, mix well
3. Add the following ingredients one by one, mixing well after adding each one:  ½ pot of sunflower oil, 1 1/2 pots of caster sugar, 2 pots of plain flour, 3 eggs
4. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water (bain-marie) and add it to the cake mixture
3. Once you obtain a smooth even paste, place into a cake mould (see my recommendation below)
4. Place in preheated oven and cook at 180C (Gas mark 4) for 30-35 minutes
5. Check the cake is cooked by inserting a clean knife in it – if it comes out clean, the cake is ready!
