Ingredients:
3 pears
150g of dark chocolate
2 eggs
10cl of single cream
100g of almond powder
100g of caster sugar
50g of soft butter or
margarine
Preparation:
2. Break the chocolate
into cubes and place in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water on a low heat
(bain-marie)
3. Add the cream and
mix with a wooden spoon until the chocolate is completely melted
3. Pour the melted
chocolate evenly on the pastry in the tart dish
4. In a bowl, beat the
eggs with a whisk
5. In another bowl,
mix the almond powder, softened butter or margarine and sugar, add the beaten
eggs
6. Pour the mixture on
top of the chocolate
7. Peel and slice the
pears, dispose them in a circle on the top, pushing slightly into the almond
mixture, until the tart is covered
8. Place tart in a
preheated oven at moderate temperature (180C) for 30
minutes
9. Let the tart cool
down before serving
