Salmon and broccoli tagliatelle

Ingredients:
For 4 people
600g of fresh tagliatelle
20cl of creme fraiche or double cream
400g of broccoli
200g of smoked salmon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
100g of grated parmesan

Preparation:
1. In a large pan of boiling water, cook the fresh tagliatelle for a few minutes according to instructions on the packet and drain
2. Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets, cook it in boiling water for 5 minutes
3. Cut the smoked salmon into small strips
3. In the large saucepan, gently mix the cooked tagliatelle, broccoli, smoked salmon pieces, the cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg with a wooden spoon, over a low heat for 2 minutes
4. Serve immediately with parmesan sprinkled on the top
