Potato, salmon, spinach and goat's cheese bake

Ingredients:
1kg potatoes
500g salmon fillet
150g spinach
100g goat's cheese
grated emmental
200ml milk
salt, pepper


Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven at 200C
2. Peel and slice the potatoes thinly
3. In a pan of boiling water, cook the salmon for 4 minutes on medium heat
4. In an oven-proof dish, dispose the spinach leaves at the bottom, then sprinkle crumbled pieces of the goat's cheese and salmon all over
5. Dispose the potato slices on the top, ensuring they cover the entire surface evenly
6. Season with salt and pepper and pour 200ml of milk over the potatoes
7. Top with grated emmental
8. Place in preheated oven at 200C for 25-30 minutes
