Ingredients:
1 puff pastry
3 pears
brown sugar
3 pears

Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven at 200C
2. Roll out the puff pastry (or used ready rolled pastry)
3. Place baking paper in mini round ovenproof dishes
4. Cover the dishes with the pastry ensuring it covers the sides also
5. Peel the pears and quarter them lengthwise, remove the pips and then slice them
6. Line up the pear slices on top of the pastry on each little dish
7. Sprinkle brown sugar on top
