Seafood spaghetti

Ingredients:
Serves 4
500g prepared and cooked seafood mix
500g spaghetti
100ml cream
1 red pepper
1/2 lemon 
1 onion
chopped parsley
grated parmesan
salt & pepper
olive oil



Preparation:
1. In a pan of boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet
2. Slice the onion, chop the pepper and juice the lemon
3. Meanwhile, in a frying panheat up a little olive oil, cook the onion and pepper on a medium heat for 8 minutes
4. When the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the frying pan and reduce the heat
5. Add the mixed seafood, the lemon juice, the cream, the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper
6. Simmer for a further 3 minutes until hot, stirring regularly
7. Serve and top with grated parmesan to taste
