Ingredients:

4 large potatoes
4 carrots
2 courgettes
200ml cream
2 eggs
grated emmental
salt and pepper

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven at 180C
2. Peel the potatoes, carrots and courgettes, rinse them, and then grate them into a large bowl or plate
3. In a separate bowl, beat the 2 eggs, add the cream and season with salt and pepper
4. Pour the grated vegetables into a oven-proof tray, ensuring it is evenly mixed
5. Add the cream and egg mixture on top and mix thoroughly again
6. Even the mixture in the tray and sprinkle grated emmental on top
7. Place in the oven for 40 minutes
8. Serve by itself or with a slice of ham
