Ingredients:
4 servings
300g long grain rice
2 tins of tuna in olive oil
300ml of passata
2 tins of pitted olives
grated parmesan
salt and pepper
oregano

Preparation:
1. In a saucepan of boiling water, add the rice and cook for 15 minutes (or according to the instructions on the packet)
2. Drain the rice and pour it back into the saucepan
3. Add the passata, season with salt and pepper and a little oregano
4. Add the contents of the tins: the tuna with the olive oil, and the olives
5. Simmer on a medium heat for 2 minutes
6. Sprinkle a little bit of grated parmesan on top and serve
