Turkey escalopes with creamy mushroom sauce and basmati rice

Ingredients:
4 servings
4 turkey escalopes
300g sliced mushrooms
300g basmati rice
200g creme fraiche or cooking cream
1 onion
fresh (or frozen) chopped parsley
salt and pepper



Preparation:
1. Chop the onion
2. In a pan of boiling water, add the rice, simmer on medium heat until cooked
3. In a large frying panheat up a little oil and add the onion, brown for 2 min
4. Add the turkey escalopes, turning them over after 5 minutes
5. Add the mushrooms to the pan, season with salt and pepper
6. Once the turkey is cooked, reduce the heat and add the cream
7. When the cream is hot, remove from the heat and add chopped parsley
8. Serve on a bed of basmati rice
