Ingredients:

2 tuna steaks
6 new potatoes
4 carrots
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
1 tsp soy sauce

Preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes, leave the skin on
2. Peel the carrots and slice them in half lengthwise
3. In a pressure cooker, pour 1 litre of boiling water and add the carrots and potatoes, close and cook for 10-12 minutes on a medium heat from when the whistling starts
4. Meanwhile, put 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and on top a small plate and mix well
5. Dip the tuna steaks in the mixture on both sides
6. In a frying pan, add a little olive oil, and once the pan is hot, add the tuna steaks and fry for 3 minutes on each side on a medium-high heat
7. Take the potatoes and carrots out of the pressure cooker, add a knob of butter and serve with the tuna (potato skins can be easily removed with a non-sharp knife before serving depending on preference)
