Pasta with king prawns and peas

Ingredients:
2 servings
350g pasta (suggestion: spinach tagliatelle)
200g frozen peas
300g cooked king prawns
1 lemon (zest and juice)
100g cream cheese
grated parmesan (optional)
black pepper (optional)



Preparation:
1. In a saucepan of boiling water, add the pasta and cook according to the instructions on the packet
2. Meanwhile, in a non-stick frying pan, gently cook the peas, the prawns and the lemon zest and juice for 4 minutes
3. Add 2 tbsp of the pasta water and 100g of cream cheese to the pan
4. Drain the pasta, return to the saucepan and add the peas and prawns sauce, tossing well
5. Add black pepper and parmesan to taste
