Apple tart

Ingredients:
3 large apples (ex: Granny Smith)
pastry
2 tbsp brown sugar



Preparation:
1. Preheat oven at 200C, follow my quick pastry recipe (ready made works too!)
2. Peel the apples, cut them into quarters, remove the heart and slice them thinly
3. In a tart dish, place a sheet of baking paper (or butter the dish), then place the pastry in the dish, with an edge of about 2cm all the way around, and pierce it with a fork in a few places
4. Arrange the slices of apple on top of the pastry, in a circle pattern, following the edge of the dish, and then in the centre of the dish, until all covered
5. Sprinkle brown sugar over the apple slices
6. Place dish in a preheated oven at 200C for 25 minutes
7. Serve hot or cold
