1 onion
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cornflour
1 1/2 cup of milk
2 tbsp cream
1 fish stock cube
1/2 tbsp ground paprika
cumin
chopped parsley
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven at 200C
2. In a large pan of boiling water, cook the rice according to instructions on the packet
3. Meanwhile, place the salmon fillets in a large baking dish, season them with the paprika, salt and pepper, and place in the oven for 12 minutes
4. In a large frying pan, melt the butter, add the chopped onion and fry for 3 minutes
5. Add 2 spoons of cornflour and stir continuously, add the milk and bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer
6. Add the shrimps, salt and pepper, a sprinkle of cumin and a crumbled stock cube, then add the cream and simmer for 2 minutes
7. Serve the salmon topped with the shrimp sauce, and a side of rice topped with chopped parsley
