Ingredients:

250g linguine
100g mushrooms

Preparation:
1. In a large pan of boiling water, cook the linguine according to instructions on the packet
2. Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion, cut the red pepper into strips, slice the mushrooms and roughly chop the spinach

3. Cut the beef into strips and season with salt and pepper
4. In a large frying pan, heat up a little olive oil, add the chopped onion and brown for 1 minute on medium heat
5. Then add the red peppers, mushrooms and spinach and cook for a further 5 minutes

6. Add the steak strips and fry for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally to allow the beef to cook evenly on both sides
