Baked broccoli tots

Ingredients:
Makes 10-15
350g broccoli florets
100g grated emmental
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 egg

  
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven at 200C
2. Cook the broccoli florets for 2 minutes in a pan of boiling water
3. Drain, and chop the florets finely
4. In a bowl, beat an egg, add the grated garlic cloves, the breadcrumbs, the grated cheese and the broccoli and mix well
5. With a little bit of the mixture, make a ball in the palm of the hand, and then roll it between the hands in order to get an cylinder shape
6. Repeat until you have used up all the mixture and dispose vertically on an oven tray
7. Place in a preheated oven for 16-20 minutes, until the tots are slightly brown
