Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
1 onion
200ml cream

Preparation:
1. In a pan of boiling water, cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet
2. Meanwhile, chop the onion and cut the chicken breasts into medium chunks
3. In a frying pan, heat up a little olive oil, add the chopped onion, the cumin and half of the curry powder, before adding the chicken, and cook for 4 minutes

4. Add half of the cream, stir in the rest of the curry powder and season with salt and pepper
5. Simmer for 8 minutes on a medium heat, stirring occasionally
6. Cut the broccoli into florets and place in a pan of boiling water for 8 minutes
7. Add the rest of the cream to the chicken, drain the broccoli and add it to the frying pan, mixing it all well together, simmer for another 2 minutes
8. Drain the rice and place it back in the pan, add a little paprika to give it colour, and stir in the raisins before serving
